Get Out Of Debt

LET’S EXPLORE WHAT pAUL KINDZIA IS ALL ABOUT

If you are like most of my readers and clients you’re striving to get ahead while also improving your health.  You are dedicated to working hard and improving your life. You want to be financially secure and most importantly be debt free while improving your health.

But sometimes life just doesn’t go as planned. The older we get the harder life seems. I hear so many people say things like:
  • It is always something that stops me from getting rid of my debt.
  • Life just keeps throwing me curve balls.
  • I am exhausted and just don’t have the energy I used to.
  • I have been trying so hard to get out of debt but I just can’t seem to figure it all out.
  • I take 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards.
  • I constantly wonder if I am the only person that can’t seem to get myself financially together as my health seems to be taking a back seat.
  • I often feel lousy and completely worn-out.
Do Any Of The Following Sound Like You?
  • Do you feel like you just can’t get your debt under control?
  • Are you under constant stress due to your debt?
  • Are you constantly angry or arguing with your spouse over the accumulating debt?
  • Do you have sleepless nights tossing and turning trying to figure out a way to get ahead financially?
  • Do you wake up exhausted and have trouble getting out of the bed or staying awake throughout the day?
  • Does your blood pressure, weight and health seem to be declining?
  • Are you sacrificing your health trying to pursue material wealth?

If any of the above sound like you let me assure you that you are not alone.  I hear these same statements over and over.

I know how you feel because at many points in my life I felt the exact same way.

I have been stressed out, anxious, and fat (with a large CPA butt) earlier in life.  Many times I felt completely hopeless and to be honest, life just wasn’t much fun at all.  I had high cholesterol, an ulcer, and high blood pressure.  My life was a total conflict. Here I was, Mr. CPA with a fancy-schmancy MBA where my world revolved around money, personal finance, and a desire to be debt free. BUT I had student loan debt, auto loan debt, credit card debt, and the typical mortgage debt. In addition I probably owed most of my friends 20 bucks for covering my lunch or dinner on multiple occasions.  On top of the debt and health problems my marriage was on the rocks. The picture below was taken in November of 1998 with my Dad.

The picture below was taken in August of 1995 with my brother and brother-in-laws (I am the guy in the middle with the green shirt holding the baby).

My life got to the point where something had to give.  I was so unhappy even though I was doing the things that were supposed to make me happy.  I was eating what they showed me on commercials, especially since they all looked so happy and healthy eating that MacDonald’s Big Mac.  I was buying stuff to make me happy. I was driving a nice car, living in a nice house, and I had awesome furniture.  If I didn’t have the cash to buy something I wanted, I’d just use one of my many credit cards.  I told myself that I deserved nice things since life just seemed so hard. I never realized that I was the one making my life so much harder than it had to be. The picture below was taken in April of 2002 with my Mom and Dad.

I reprogrammed myself on my money and my health. I started pursuing things that actually had an impact on my long-term happiness which included being 100% debt free and healthy. I learned that so many of my problems were caused by my own habits and behaviors.  I learned that these habits had to change and how to change them.  I discovered that the brain actually works like a computer running on software.  That was a revolutionary discovery for me.  I taught myself to write new software for my brain and then how to run it.  It sounds crazy, but then again, that’s all habits and behaviors are.  Habits and behaviors are just the repetitious pre-programmed responses that we have based upon the information and knowledge that was given to us.  When you change the input, you can change the output. The picture below was taken in April of 2004 with my Mom, Dad, and Brother.

The good news is that we really are in control and capable of changing our lives for the better. It does not matter where you grew up, what city you live in, or where you went to school. You have the ability to learn and change. It takes learning new knowledge and information to reap the benefits. One of the best ways you could obtain better knowledge and information as well as learning how to implement better financial processes and improvements is to download the free content as well as signing up for weekly blog postings.
